Sometimes our anticipation for something beautiful can be destroyed by rushing the process. A butterfly requires exactly as much time as it takes for it to emerge from its cocoon in order to survive. Opening a rose bud before its time will deprive you of enjoying its greatest potential. Patience is a virtue and virtues lead to happiness. Part of the beauty is savoring each stage of development in God's creations. Life is not meant to be rushed into or out of, but enjoyed, savored, pondered, and shared.
